- Items damaged due to improper use
3. Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back securely
- Once approved, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error: we cover the return cost
- For other reasons: customer pays the return shipping
